After working in the medical field for 30 years, TCC Estate Sales & Liquidations, was established.
Not every Estate Sale is due to a happy ending. We understand the stress that such a decision and all the work can bring to a family. We work endlessly to assure that we dissolve some of that stress. Our motto: "We do the work so that you don't have to".
Business Liquidations are no different. Whether you are a large corporation or a small private entity, Closing the doors is a large task. We have the contacts, the man-power and the tools to handle the job.
We use several selling forums when liquidating and Estate or a Business. We have thousands of contacts and know exactly where to turn to move certain item(s).

We generally work on a commission basis. We are proud to announce that we have the lowest Commission Rate in Arkansas. THAT'S RIGHT... WE GUARANTEE THE CHEAPEST COMMISSION RATES IN ARKANSAS.
We meet and view the Estate. We ensure that there are, 1. Enough Marketable Items To Hold an Estate Sale. 2. We ensure the Residence or Business is clean and adequate to hold the Estate Sale / Liquidation. 3. We agree on dates the Sale will be conducted. We sign the Agreement and the rest is in our hands.
Once the Agreement is signed and All Parties have agreed upon dates, We obtain the Keys seven (7) days prior to the sale and we begin Advertising, Pricing and Staging the Sale.
You simply have to ensure the place is clean of debris and ready for the Staging Process.
After the Sale is Completed, we remove all of our Tables, POS Equipment and Other Items Provided By Us.
* If you Opted to complete the "Clean-Out" Process yourself, Then we are done.
** If you Opted for us to complete the "Clean-Out' Process, the a "Clean-Out" Crew will remove everything that did not sale and once that step is completed, we will clean the residence / business.
You will be paid within 24 - 72 Hours after the Completion of the Sale and Clean-Out Process.
Why does it take 24 - 72 hours?
We have to wait for any payments made via Credit / Debit to clear the Bank.
As soon as it clears, you are paid in Cash.
